Organist, Cembalist.
My own Website as Organist and Cembalist.
As a professional classical musician myself, I can offer services as an online assistant manager specializing in musicians.
Many musicians struggle with administrative tasks and IT, often prioritizing practice over paperwork.
Leveraging my experience as an online assistant manager for my former teacher, I started my own freelance service to support busy musicians who are not comfortable with IT by utilizing my office management and technical knowledge.
During my break from musical activities, I obtained Japan’s national qualification as a Junior System Administrator and gained work experience in market research companies and IT firms in Japan, and hold IBM’s Explore Emerging Tech certification. Alongside these, I have also developed knowledge in AI technologies, allowing me to better integrate digital tools into my work. In addition to my career as a professional classical musician, I also make use of my multilingual skills, developed through years of living in Europe, to provide comprehensive support for solo classical musicians to operate smoothly online.
With my extensive experience in website creation, brochure design, video editing, and digital marketing, I will help bring your music to the world. My expertise in classical music allows me to highlight the best aspects of your artistry and support effective promotion.

Can you handle the planning, management, and program creation for a concert?Unfortunately, I am not able to assist with concert planning, management, or program creation. As I do not offer general music agency services, the services typically provided by music agents fall outside of my scope. My support is limited to online web management.

Could you create the website with WordPress?Due to the technical nature of WordPress, clients with limited IT knowledge often struggle with post-delivery updates and security maintenance. If these tasks are not performed correctly, there is a risk of accidentally deleting or damaging the website. To mitigate these risks, I recommend Wix, a user-friendly platform that allows for easier website updates. If you require ongoing support, I can provide post-delivery maintenance services at an additional cost. As a result of these considerations, I am currently only accepting websites that utilize the Wix platform. I only accept modifications to existing client-owned websites and support website builders that do not allow direct code editing, except for WordPress, where, however, I may accept requests only for sites built with a page builder.

Isn't it enough to just use social media these days without a portofolio website?Social media is important, but it is not sufficient to fully showcase your music career, including your biography, videos, audio, tour dates, and discography. Therefore, I recommend creating a portfolio website where you can share comprehensive information.

Can I make a one-time payment after receiving the product/service?A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the work. For long-term projects, a 25% payment will be due at the midpoint of the project. The remaining 25% will be due upon delivery of the final work.

What payment methods are available?I accept bank transfers, Wise and PayPal.

Can you tell me about Wix's annual fees and domain?The Wix free plan is free of charge, but since it doesn't allow you to use a custom domain, you will need to subscribe to the basic premium plan at €12 per month (with an annual contract) if you want to use your own website address. Additionally, when it comes to acquiring a new domain, doing it personally can sometimes lead to complicated settings later on. Therefore, I recommend obtaining the domain through Wix. By acquiring the domain within Wix, the management becomes simpler, and in case of any issues, it is easier to resolve quickly.
